Erica Hoffman received her Bachelors degree from Saginaw Valley State University in Psychology with a minor in French. While there, she founded the SVSU Knitting Club, and her artistic aptitude was featured in the semi-annual art publication, The Cardinal Sins.

In 2008, Erica received her Masters of Business Administration from Northwood University in order to become a market research analyst. Currently Erica is conducting research for SC Johnson, operating an online craft shop, and is continuing to develop her expertise in the field of marketing. Erica has a diverse background coupled with a working knowledge of online social networking and consumer-packaged goods.
