My name is Mathew Pimental, and I have a tremendous love and appreciation for the language of film and the vast array of things it can speak to different minds.

My M83 video was nominated for a couple of exciting things by Genero T.V., such as music video of the year, and I am in the running for director of the year. It was also recently put in the Staff’s Favorites. This all came as a shock being that I came in really late, and much of it was shot in my room with a black blanket and in my yard and things like that. Thanks to some really tremendous people willing to give their time and a lot of hard work, it turned out quite well.
